Lack of cell service

While I applaud your project priorities, our primary concerns regards lack of cell service. We live at 2035 NE St. Andrews Dr which seems like in the heart of the city. Sill, we get only 1 bar (sometimes 2) for cell services. Many time, inbound calls go to messages while the phone doesn’t ring. Calls have been dropped.

As cell service is the backup for wi-Fi, our ability to contact emergency services could be restricted with unknown consequences. This potential is very concerning and should qualify for an high priority remedy.
