This neighborhood behind cook school has many intersections without any stop signs.
Cars coming from all directions assume they have the right of way and gain speed without stopping as they pass through the residential neighborhoods with many kids. This includes large landscape, contractor, and utility vehicles and trailers.
It is only a matter of time before someone gets hurt.
