McMinnville Fire District
Thank you to the voters of McMinnville and the McMinnville Rural Fire Protection District for approving the creation of the McMinnville Fire District (MFD).
Now we look forward to the important work of getting the district operational, and improving service for all of our residents. The next steps for MFD implementation include the below components.

In addition to ongoing community engagement efforts, we will be conducting a community poll in December to assess attitudes around the City’s remaining tax authority should this new Fire District be created. Results will be shared at the City Council Meeting on January 17th.
